The terms that apply when working with us

These terms apply when you engage JMILLERENTERTAINMENT LTD (trading as Jade Marie Productions) for any work or service, and when you communicate with us through our website, by email, or via WhatsApp.
JMILLERENTERTAINMENT LTD, company number 16867734, registered in England and Wales at 4 Main Road, Hockley, SS5 4JN.
All commissioned work is subject to a quote agreed in advance. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Work begins once payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received. Final delivery happens once the full agreed fee has been paid.
Payments are made by bank transfer to the account we provide on your invoice. Invoices are issued for the agreed fee with payment terms stated on the invoice.
Each commissioned project includes one round of minor revisions. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed brief may incur additional fees, quoted in advance.
If you cancel before work has begun, any deposit is refundable less a reasonable administration fee. Once work has begun, deposits become non-refundable. If we cancel a project, you will receive a full refund.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and ownership of commissioned content remains with JMILLERENTERTAINMENT LTD, and the client receives a licence to use the content for the agreed purposes. Bespoke ownership arrangements can be negotiated as part of the quote.
We reserve the right to decline or end any engagement, and to cease communication at any time, if a client is abusive, threatening, or behaves inappropriately. This includes interactions via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel.
All clients must be 18 years or older. We do not knowingly engage with anyone under 18.
We treat all client communications confidentially and do not share details of our work with third parties without consent.
Our liability for any project is limited to the value of the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
